Personal Training

Embodiment focused functional fitness…

Discover a personal training style that embraces the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Here’s what you can anticipate from our approach:

  • Experience a fitness style that supports the activities you love or want to do outside the gym

  • Learn ways of moving through and with pain or limitations

  • Explore movement around life changes

  • Learn how to bring your embodiment or somatic practices into your fitness practices

  • Try a training style that isn’t aesthetic or weight focused

  • Beck is experienced working with people of all experience levels and loves to work with both brand-new beginners and long-time athletes

  • Learn to lift heavy things, do bodyweight exercises, mobilize your body, or cross-train to do a specific activity

I was scared to get back into movement after doing a lot of work in ED recovery. I wanted to learn how to move without it being all about weight-loss.

I was looking for a trainer who was trauma informed and who would help me pace myself.

How does it work?

Start by booking a free initial 30-minute virtual session. This is time for us to get to know each other a little and for you to ask me questions. (I’ll ask you some too!) If we decide to move forward, we’ll talk logistics (scheduling, frequency, location, etc.). If we’re not a fit, I can still help you determine your next step.
